بيان مشترك لمنظمات نسوية لإنقاذ المدنيين في عدن

عدن ٩/٨/٢٠١٩ 

  يعاني المدنييون في العاصمة اليمنية المؤقتة عدن من احتدام وتيرة الصراع المسلح في الأيام السابقة والذى أثر بشكل كبير على كافة مرافق الحياة وإنعدام الخدمات الرئيسية من كهرباء وماء وغذاء؛ وكذلك إغلاق مطار عدن والذي يعتبر المطار الاساسي في اليمن. 

تصلنا أخبار وتأكيدات من حصول انتهاكات عديده بحق المدنيين جراء الاشتباكات والمعارك التي تدور وسط الأحياء السكنية وفِي ايّام تسبق عيد الأضحى حيث يجد المدنييون أنفسهم عالقين بسبب هذه التصعيدات وصعوبة التنقل أو الخروج من دائرة الاقتتال . 

ونحن اذ نناشد جميع الأطراف بمراعاة القانون الدولي الإنساني في حالات الاشتباك لحماية المدنيين وفتح ممرات إنسانية آمنه للخروج والالتزام بكافة المواثيق الدولية لحماية حقوق الإنسان. 

نطالب المجتمع الدولي والدول الراعية للسلام في اليمن وكذا المبعوث الأمم المتحدة بالتدخل السريع لحماية المدنيين وإيجاد آليات مناسبة لإيقاف هذا الصراع.

Joint statement By Feminist Organizations To save Civilians's Lives In Aden

The civilians in the Yemeni interim capital of Aden have suffered from the intensification of armed conflict during the past days, which has severely affected the daily lives of people and resulted into the lack of basic services such as electricity, water and food. The Aden airport is being closed as a result, which is now the main airport in Yemen. We receive news and reports of several violations against civilians as a result of the clashes and battles that take place in residential neighborhoods.We call on all parties to the international human laws and the international treaties to protect civilians and also to open safe humanitarian corridors.We call on the international community, the peace brokers of Yemen and the UN Envoy To Yemen to intervene quickly to protect the lives of civilians and find appropriate mechanisms to stop this conflict.
